Marketing Communications Manager/Copywriter

The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for creating consumer-facing copy for marketing campaigns, materials, and digital efforts, as well as internal franchisee communications and PR efforts, ensuring consistency among different channels in accordance with PostNet’s style and voice, thus supporting business strategy and brand awareness.


  • Develop integrated, cross-channel communications strategies
  • Craft creative copy for marketing kit materials, campaigns, and informational collateral pieces
  • Craft creative copy for digital marketing efforts, such as website, blog, and social media content
  • Craft creative copy for franchisees’ custom marketing needs
  • Coordinate review response guidance for franchisees across Yelp, GMB, and Facebook
  • Create and execute internal franchisee communications, including weekly digital newsletter
  • Coordinate and execute local media relations, including drafting and issuing press releases
  • Write and edit content for various internal needs such as talking points, presentations, video scripts, etc.
  • Provide guidance to internal stakeholders in the development of communications plans
  • Maintain consistent PostNet branding and tone across channels, both internal and external
  • Monitor and report results to optimize communications strategies
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, English, Marketing, Advertising, and/or related field
  • 5+ years of copywriting experience working with top brands, B2B preferred
  • Proven success in advertising, internal and external communications, reputation management
  • Track record of success creating compelling copy for online and offline channels
  • Ability to develop multi-channel communications plans that support organizational goals
  • Ability to quickly and accurately translate technical information into engaging content
  • Experience with analytics tools and ability to translate data into actionable insights to drive ROI
  • Ability and willingness to perform multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional project management skills; able to work independently and multi task while maintaining high-quality results; deadline- and detail-oriented; superior oral and written communication skills
  • Positive, can-do attitude; flexible and adaptable with strong business acumen
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Google Suite and Basecamp a plus
  • Strong Portfolio
